My philosophy of mentoring stems from my three fold commitment to American studies as an idea and a movement, transformative, caring, and adaptive pedagogy, and professional ethics: 

 

A mentor observes your strengths and encourages its magnification, listens to your needs and empowers you, helps you to execute the unlimited potential that lies within, and understands that your success is not a matter of "if" or uncertainness, but a matter of "when" and assurance.
